We constantly understand from our clients about problems they face, and analyse how we can improve or help them with the situation. We always believe in one thing; "Only when our client's business prosper, so will ours."
Fishes are subjected to stress during harvesting, stocking, selecting, packing and temperature changes. This leads to suppression of the immune system or loss of appetite, whereby fishes can become susceptible to pathogens and infections.
Adopting measures to reduce fish stress (i.e. providing first rate farm sanitation, water management, nutritional care, treatment of diseases etc) coupled with our pre-packing preparation (i.e. 24-48hrs observation, starvation, temperature control etc), we ensure that all fishes are in good condition for export before sending the fishes to our clients.
We will never risk shipping any fishes that are not suitable to travel. Besides, with careful selection, we are always looking out for good and better sources of supplies, ensuring that only the best ones are used and sent to our clients.
At many times, clients always think that with high density packing there will sure to be high mortality on arrival. At Fair Fish Exports, we spend a lot of time in the preparation of our fishes for export - because we know that only having good fishes is not enough.
With our good and high density packing technique coupled with the good preparation before export, we always target to ship these quality fishes to all our clients with good landing condition (guarantee 95% live arrival), at good landed price (with the lower landing cost per fish) which are comparatively cheaper to sell in this competitive market.
We are always on the lookout for Wide Range Of Fish Species, as well as constantly enhancing and creating nice colour good quality fishes to offer to our clients. Through our innovation in quarantine and fish feed, we bring out the best colour and disease-free fishes for our clients, putting them at the forefront of the market.
Normally you will require an import license/permit for the import of fishes, but for full requirements needed for you to import fishes, you will need to check with your local authorities (as regulations differ between countries). Please also check the documentations needed for you to clear shipment (eg. Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin etc) and inform us, so that we can prepare them for your shipment.
We do not have a minimum order requirement, however minimum weight requirements by the airlines are usually 45kg or 100kg (depending on airlines and destination countries). Contact us for updated freight rates for your airport of receiving here.
In general, all export shipments will be packed in high density expanded polyfoam boxes, which can be used as double decked boxes. With our over 30 years expertise in this industry, packing density may be adjusted depending on the total travelling distance (taking into consideration our shipment launch-in time, flight transit hours, customer clearance of shipment, distance taken from airport to shop/facility).
You may place your orders in 1, ½, ¼, ⅙, or ⅛ box per item. For High Density, Smaller Variations or other forms of packing, it can be requested and arranged.
An advance payment is required. Please kindly send us a copy of T/T once you have made the payment, so that we can follow-up with our bank. Upon receipt of payment by our bank, you may let us know your preferred date of shipment. We will do our best to arrange shipment to you on that date, if not we will arrange for shipment soonest possible.
Since we are dealing with livestock, Fair Fish Exportsunderstands our customers' worries of the survival rate upon arrival of shipment. On this matter, Fair Fish Exportspromises 95% live arrival of fish. However, in any rare cases where mortality rate exceeds 5%, we are most willing to offer a refund*.
*In such cases, please kindly take photo of the fishes in the bag that are dead on arrival. This is so that we can better understand the landing condition of the fish, and make the required changes to packing in the subsequent shipments. A full shipment report (with photos) should be sent to us within 24 hours from shipment arrival. Claims for refund will not be available for unforeseen situations (such as flight delays), and refund claims will be deducted from your following shipment's invoice.
